Overview:
Believing the Russians would soon be in Warsaw, Polish forces went on the offensive. But the Russians stopped and the Germans went after the Poles with a vengeance. Heavy fighting occurred during the German drive to retake the buildings and narrow, twisting streets of Starowka, the Old Town. The attack progressed cautiously on the heels of an artillery bombardment. The defenders, fighting with a fearlessness born of their hopeless situation and hampered by a critical shortage of ammunition, often held their fire to the last moment in order to inflict maximum casualties, taking up the slogan "A German for every bullet!"

2018-03-14(A) David Garvin vs Jeff Buser Partisan winWhat a match. My bombardment caused Jeff some problems, but also gave him a hero. And it started a number of fires! In the end, what a wild game I cleared one building but couldn't root him out of the next one. Fantastic match!
2017-09-16(A) Dan Best vs Ryan Ellett German win
2014-07-05(A) Aaron Sibley vs Randy Strader German win
2013-11-02(D) Jeff B vs Will Willow German winThe Partisans are very weak so skulking/sewers/HIP are probably their only chance.
2010-02-25(D) Rami Saarinen vs JR German win3/4 of troops broke on bombardment, including the destruction of 2 of 3 LMGs. Third LMG broke on first shot (attempted firelane). The last SW, HMG, was destroyed on turn 2. I gave up. These partisan scenarios seem to be very very vulnerable on dice.
2008-07-16(D) Dan Best vs Kevin Bradshaw Partisan win
2006-01-29(A) Fred Ingram vs Bart Shoda German win
2004-06-09(A) Steffen Knippel vs Troy Taylor German win
