Overview:

After the 2nd Squadron, 12th Cavalry Regiment had cleared the Customs building, it was a matter of mopping up the remainder of the South Port facilities near the shore of Manila Bay. In performing their mission, the 1st Squadron generally encountered light resistance. The conscripted Koreans, Formosans, and Chinese workers had few weapons, no food or water, and were low in morale. Only the threat of summary execution by their Japanese officers made them carry on the struggle. Even against these forces, it would not be an easy fight for the cavalrymen.

2023-01-10(A) Richard Jenulis vs Steve Slunt American winThe Americans need to be very cautious with their vehicles. Loose all three and loose the game. My Americans pushed hard up the West side. I managed to find both AT mines. Lost the HT to the first, and the second locked the frightened Sherman in hex. The other Sherman was immobilized in a street fight. The final score was US 20 and Japanese 11. Four US points came from captured Japanese Conscripts in CC. This scenario has replay value.
