Overview:
"Combat Pigs" - Reinforced with a detachment of 80 assault engineers, and a fragment of the Dutch SS Division Nederland, Untersturmfuehrer Porsch, a.k.a. Old Man Forwards, felt strong enough to strike forward in a counterattack. The desperate fury of combined arms by a few more than 200 SS men smashed through the battalion held line, capturing the Russian headquarters and staff of 14 officers. Anticipating the inevitable Russian counterattack, Porsch stationed his tank hunter teams at viable approaches.Attacker: Russian (2nd Guards Tank Army)
