Overview:

The advancing 2nd SS Panzer Division’s primary objective –crossing the Meuse River to Antwerp – required possession of a key bridge located at Liege. The plan to reach Liege necessitated the capture of St. Vith road net. This vital road net was accessible from the N-15 Highway, along which lay the crossroads of Baraque De Fraiture. Located on the boundary between the 3rd Armored Division and the thinly spread 82nd Airborne Division, neither division had assigned units to hold this important position. However, several ad hoc units began gathering at the crossroads on the 20th of December.

2012-07-22(D) Michael Rodgers vs Robert Loper DrawRob and I played 6 of 12 turns over two days at the Tussle In The Tundra MoFo second round. Rob played conservatively by using his armour first to kill the meat choppers before sending in his infantry. My five Shermans did little damage to his eight PZ 4 tanks. One Sherman destroyed 3 tanks; the rest just died.
2007-09-06(D) Aaron Sibley vs Gerard Burton German (SS) winOne of the best experiences I have had with ASL.
