Overview:

Rommel’s 7th Panzer Division on a bypass bumped into units protecting the Belgian southern flank. This lightly-held part of the Belgian defense was occupied by units of the 10th Motorcycle Company, which had been scattered into three different defensive strongholds. At 1440, German motorcyclists appeared on the road, immediately triggering fire from the Belgian platoon. . .

2020-05-14(D) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best Belgian winWow, fun scenario, but a nail-biter all the way through. German infantry took some early body blows before the 9-2 went to work from the hills. The Belgians had 1 red and 2 black on the card draw and gave up a 4-5-8 and took 2 x Tanks. So the 3 Belgian Tanks managed to slow the German assault. Dan's armor came on and took down 2 of the Belgian tanks. A 3rd had MALF'd its MA and then got Recalled. It made a trail break around the roadblock, which the Germans used to their advantage to exit all their tanks. The Belgians inflicted 17 CVP on the Germans and the Germans ended up with 18 VP, but could not get the 12 or greater to win the game. So a Belgian win after a hard...hard fight.
2019-12-29(A) Vic Lauterbach vs John Richert Belgian winGood scenario with high replay value due to variable Belgian force pool. I played this one back in 2015 and got my tanks off the map to win, but lost this time. No notes saved, but I recall it being close. It's tough to meet the exit CVP requirement unless you can get around the roadblock. Clearing it under fire is a poor bet. Motorcycles, early-war tanks on both sides, a pillbox and the roadblock make for great fun!
2019-03-01(D) Will Willow vs Fred Schwarz German winVASL
2013-09-22(A) Andy Beaton vs Jonathan Kay Belgian winGerman have a tough dilemna - they need to rush to get to the roadblock in time to dismantle it, but not take so many casualties as to make the win impossible. I got stuck on both horns - Jonathon killed my approaching guys and I could not roll to clear the roadblock to save my life. A fun and interesting scenario, especially for tin can fans.
1998-12-12(D) Andy Hershey vs Rob Schoenen Belgian win[Imported from ROAR]
