As the German attack in the northern Corridor made steady progress to capture the Polish ports, resistance finally began to stiffen as Polish naval units were committed to a ground combat role. One by one the surrounding ports of Gdynia began to draw tighter. By September 11, "Corps Kaupish" was pushing in from all three landward sides. Finally on the 12th, the Poles decided to launch an attack of their own in an effort to regain some of the lost ground.

The reinforcements received by the germans turn five, made the difference and enabled the germans to maintain control of a few buildings. Very fun scenario, even if it seems difficult for Polish forces to achieve overall victory in scenario.

Very fun scenario. James had a bone-crushing attack that ripped a hole a mile wide in my center. Things looked grim by mid-game. But an unexpected stand by a small cadre on the hill on the Polish right slowed him down a bit.
The game came down to the last Polish turn. He made a valiant effort to take the last two buildings in the center but ran out of blood before he ran out of heart.
