Introduction:
Issue 3 is the most sought after issue of ToT as it includes 64 beautifully printed die-counters of rare German AFV's and 12 scenarios to play with them. This issue also includes TOT45: The Dogs of war which is one of the few, if not the only, ASL scenarios ever published involving 3 players were all three players are fighting both other sides. Also included are 8, color chapter H pages governing the use of the rare vehicles.
