Overview:

March 15th, 1943. Northern Tunis. The Africa Corp just received their first batch of Tiger tanks and wanted to bloody the rapidly advancing Americans before it was too late. The Americans on the other hand felt that due to the exit of Rommel, the Africa Corp was on the verge of collapse. Both sides were a bit too reckless on the Ides of March, neither side was ready to accept the devastating losses which were to occur when they blindly ran head-on to each other in the midst of a sand storm..... VICTORY CONDITIONS: Both players shall bid for victory conditions. The highest bidder in terms of DVP will win if that side achieves that many DVP and the lower bidder does not fulfill his victory conditions. The lower bidder must obtain 2/3 (FRU) DVP of the higher bid while avoiding the higher bidders victory conditions. A DRAW occurs if both sides achieve their respective DVP. A double-LOSS occurs if neither side achieves their required DVP. (Note: Americans have 87 DVP, Germans have 83 DVP, both sides have identical BPVs.)
