SOLITAIRE ASL - Steiner’s division just had a very tough fight in holding the bridgehead so it was ordered to move back to the right side of the river and clear the town of Kamenka, west of Kremenchoug. Resistance was variable but the absence of Soviet artillery made the task feasible. After a few days the remaining 5000 Soviet soldiers on the right riverbank surrendered to the Wikings.
