SOLITAIRE ASL - With the Dniepr line secured the Wiking Division moved to the northeast along the far side of the Dniepr to clear the city of Kremenchoug. With the Germania Regiment experiencing a Human Wave counterattack too, Nordland elements had to cover the division’s flank. The city was taken in one swift swoop without the division’s flank being endangered.
