Overview:

Four days into the battle, the 14th Armored Division, supported by infantry from two battalions of the 315th Infantry Regiment, had managed to temporarily halt the momentum of Panzer-Korps XXXIX. Switching to the offensive, American tankers sought to reclaim Hatten and Rittershoffen, the majority of which remained in German hands. Combat Command R was assigned the task of pushing the Germans out of the southern section of Hatten, which included the key locations of the railway station, the cemetery, and the southeast road out of Hatten. Elements of Panzergrenadier-Division 25 had been rigorously defending this piece of terrain for several days. They would not be easily dislodged.
Attacker: American (B Company, 19th Armored Infantry Battalion and 3rd Platoon, C Company, 47thTank Battalion, 14th Armored Division)

2025-02-12(D) S. Slunt vs Andy Beaton German winThe Americans pushed about a company of infantry 1 tank and the halftrack with squad down West side of the board
The American infantry were having a bit of at tough time and then the German 75L appeared. Killed the Tank, Critical hit a squad in the fox hole
The German sniper woke up and Stunned the Halftrack. With only 3 turns left the American felt that they could not get to the last victory hex and Conceded.
2024-12-22(D) Dwayne Duval vs Kevin DuvalD German win
2024-12-22(A) Kevin Duval vs Dwayne DuvalD German winInitial American assault faltered with the quick loss of supporting HTs, then they tried to pivot to a long flanking maneuver which was too much for so little time ...
2023-04-08(A) Stephen dedier vs Gene Patterson American winWe both missed that Gene as the Germans didn't properly setup his dummies and could have created more dummy stacks.
Still was a good game. Americans by the end of turn 3 had eliminated or DM'd Germans in 3 of the 4 secondary buildings and were threatening the Victory building..
Turn 4 brought general havoc as the German 75L came out and killed a Sherman, HT and some infantry and the Americans took the victory building with a large force and threatened the last secondary building.
It all came down to the end when the Americans threw everything at the last building and managed to break the last units in Advancing fire. Good game and like all Hatten scenarios there wasn't much left on either side.
2023-02-10(D) Rob MacGinley vs James Short German winA stand and fight setup keeping the MKIVs in the back
Keeping both flanks falling back
