Overview:

Previously released as "State Farm 41". . .The 18th Panzer Division from Chemnitz led Guderian's Army Group Center. The unit had seized a bridge across the Berezina, the river of Napoleonic fame after fighting off the crack 1st Moscow Motorized Rifle Division on July 3rd. After facing down the terror caused by the first sighting of the T-34 tank, the attack was then pressed deeper into Russian territory along the Moscow highway. As they advanced, the leading panzer formations left behind enemy units. These included isolated, but fully defended strongpoints, including tank support. One such group operating from the Osipovitchi area had caused heavy losses to German administrative troops along the Minsk-Bobruisk highway. Kampfgruppe Heilman was assigned the mission of eliminating the enemy threat in and around State Farm 41.
