Introduction:

Produced for the 1998 March Madness Tournament in Kansas City, Kansas. The focus of this pack is on Axis Minor troops; Romanian, Hungarian and Bulgarian. This expansion came out before MMP's Armies of Oblivion, and was the only way to play the Axis Minors.
