Overview:

The veteran 43rd Wessex Division was being held in reserve for a breakthrough opportunity. As D+1 drew to a close, the news of the imminent capture of Cleve came to General Horrocks. Reports of the capture of Cleve were premature, however. As the Wessex moved out, they became entangled with the 15th Scottish Division on the only good road in the area. The Germans were as confused as the Allies, having initially defended Cleve with nothing more than screening forces. Confusion reigned on both sides. As the bewildered Germans awoke on the 10th to the realization that the British had broken through their lines, they quickly counterattacked, with the battle soon disintegrating into a free-for-all spread all around the city.
Attacker: German (7th Fallschirmjäger Division and 116th Panzer Division)

2019-02-17(A) Vic Lauterbach vs ML German winThis one's very re-playable, but has a high luck factor due to the variable German entry. I found the 57L in Z7 but it missed the moving PzIV twice, once through Smoke. Then the PIAT missed the moving Panther twice, and it was a quick German win.
2013-08-30(A) Andy Beaton vs Ardneh German winI should have lost this, but if my opponent couldn't hit the back of a Panther with a point-blank PIAT shot, then the dice didn't want him to win. An interesting puzzle though.
2011-08-28(A) Paolo Cariolato vs shulze German winthis scenario is centainly innovative. The ever changing battlefield and victory conditions make for an ideal candidate for replayability.
2008-08-22(A) Peter Palmer vs John Knowles German win[Imported from ROAR]
2003-07-16(D) John Garlic vs Hugh Harvey German win[Imported from ROAR]
