Overview:

Although the Germans had crossed the Glåma River and were moving with little resistance, the Norwegians were not ready to go quietly. A 4th German column formed in Lillistrom by units of the 340th Infantry Regiment led by Cpt. Gutsche. They began driving toward Mysen, riding in Norwegian trucks. But as they reached South Hov they were in for a surprise as a Norwegian company was prepared to defend a roadblock till the bitter end.
