Overview:

By early May, the village of Potsangbam – known to the British as “Pots and Pans” – had already been the scene of furious fighting, with attack and counterattack pushing first one side and then the other out of their positions, only for the enemy to launch another attack. On the morning of May 7th, the Punjabs, supported by the Lees of 150th Regiment, Royal Armoured Corps, had their turn to finally push out the Japanese, who had infiltrated back into the village during the night.
Attacker: British (9/14 Punjab Regiment, 150th Regiment, Royal Armoured Corps, 1st West Yorkshire Regiment, 7th Light Cavalry)

2024-05-09(A) Ian Morris vs Martin Mayers British winVery enjoyable scenario, which I felt I was losing right up until the end of British turn 5, when I had a near-perfect CCPh. Excellent defence from Martin, full of tricks and traps. Definitely one to play again.
2022-12-10(A) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best British winDan's Japanese knocked out 4 tanks, immobilized one and I MALF'd the MA on the remaining Lee Tank. It was a vicious battle that went all the way to the end. The British managed to close for close combats in the final movement phase. The Japanese would kill 4-1/2 squads in the close combat, but the British would secure enough points (46) for the victory. Tough, grinding battle that wears you out.
