Overview:

The American XXth Corps’ advance through central France brought it to the banks of the Moselle River in early September, and the 5th Infantry Division’s 11th Infantry Regiment forced a crossing of the river in the rain at Dornot on September 8. In the early hours of 10 September, Major W.M. Haughey’s 1st Battalion of the 10th Infantry Regiment crossed the river by boat. Once ashore, they overran a small German outpost on Hill 386 and were in the process of deploying a defensive line when they were hit suddenly by armor and infantry of SS Panzergrenadier-Division 17 from the nearby town of Arry.
Attacker: German (SS) (SS Panzergrenadier-Regiment 37, SS Panzergrenadier-Division 17)

2021-10-23(A) David Ramsey vs Martin Barker American winAmerican won but the scenario does hinge on (usually) the AT gun and its invulnerability (with the exception of malfunction).
2021-09-04(D) Vic Lauterbach vs JM American winThis fighting withdrawal tutorial went down to the wire. Jim was pressed for time after clearing the board 62 woods but managed to take DD4 and DD6 AND get around my right flank to grab U8 and threaten Y6. I held Y6 but his 8-0 and two HS grabbed V2 and X2. I was able to retake X2 to preserve the win, but it was close. The 57L proved quite effective against moving infantry but this one hinges on how long you can stall the Germans on board 62.
2021-08-07(A) Alan Krause vs Don Petros German (SS) winI aggressively swept armor around the North, Don's BAZs failed him.
2019-03-15(D) hideaki iwanaga vs American win
2016-08-20(D) Larry Rohlfing vs Doyle Motes American win

The Americans opted for the single 81mm mortar in addition to at start forces. Germans chose the PzIV in response which entered on turn 3. American sniper stunned crew of the mortar halftrack, and MA mortar subsequently malfunctioned. Crew bailed out taking LMG. The Germans were unable to secure a single VP. 4 melees were raging at game end.
