Overview:

While Panzer-Lehr-Division headed towards the Meuse, Panzer-Lehr-Regiment 901 was detached from it and placed under General Kokott's 26th VolksGrenadier Division, who was tasked with reducing Bastogne. At night, following a short, intense artillery barrage, the 901st came out of the woods along the road from Remofosse, once again intent on cracking the Bastogne perimeter at Marvie.

2025-11-15(D) Dan Best vs Kermit Mullins German win2.5 hrs
2025-11-15(A) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best German win2.5 hrsGermans successfully assaulted the hill on Board 46 after the American 8-1 and MMG rolled an 11 and then a 10 on Subsequent, which broke the sustained fire MMG. By Turn 3, the Board 42 hill mass was free of Americans. The Germans moved forward carefully to avoid granting the Americans Freedom of Movement. The Germans managed to get 9 squads in buildings and then managed to secure the F10 hill, which the Americans had moved to on their final movement. The Germans have to be vigilant with regards to the Board 64 F10 Hill.
2022-06-15(A) Eric Topp vs Peter Dunn German winAt the start of the game, Peter's Starshells landed on target and severely hampered the movement of my German infantry who wanted to keep their Cloaking counters. Unfortunately for Peter, his US infantry kept failing their MC. Even though my Germans were short of hexrow M, I still had enough VP to win
2022-05-04(D) Jennifer Wright vs Stu Rubin American win
2020-10-11(D) Andy Goldin vs Ralph Garringer American winA hard fought game in which we got to know the night rules. Ralph's Germans took fire from the Americans I had in the stone building near the German entry area on Turn 1. I took advantage of the SSR which allows the Americans to fire their BAZ from inside a building without penalty to spring a surprise BAZ shot on a Mk4. The result was a Shock, from which the tankers recovered. Meanwhile the German infantry stormed the hill, where they met effective fire from my HIP MG and riflemen. By Turn 3 it was looking grim for the Americans, as a cloaked unit got behind the hill and my hilltop defenders were broken. Luckily Ralph didn't reveal his cloaked unit and my leader was able to rally the whole stack. By Turn 5 Ralph's Germans had been unable to dislodge my defenders around the hill. Although both his remaining tanks (one had been recalled due to an x'd MA) had gotten past the hill, it was clear he wouldn't be able to both clear the hill and take enough buildings to win, so he conceded. Great game!
