Overview:
The fighting in Stalingrad had been ongoing for nearly a month, and the struggle for the Dzherhezinsky Tractor Works finally ended with a pyrrhic German victory. The Germans immediately turned their attention south to the Barrikady area. Panzer Division 14 and Infantry Division 389 would have to fight their way south through the city towards the factory complex. They used the railway near Tramvayana Street as the axis of attack. The Germans attacked with tanks, infantry and Stukas, and soon ran into the armor of the 84th Tank Brigade.Attacker: German (Elements of Panzer Division 14 and Infantry Division 389)
