Overview:

After months of heavy fighting through France, a brief period of refit was ordered for the weary men of the 35th Infantry Division Santa Fe, to allow for more supplies to be brought forward. Using their three days off, some entrepreneurial GI's decided to try to commit the perfect crime. They had learned that a $16 million gold bar treasure was kept in a bank in a small village behind enemy lines. Enlisting the aid of some Shermans from the 6th Armored Division they penetrated deep into enemy territory and sneaked up on the village. While some SS guard force was running the engines of the Tiger tanks, the GI's managed to infiltrate without being discovered and prepared to assault the unsuspecting defenders.
