Overview:

In the early morning hours on the 10th of May, German units no the ground and in the air were crossing the border into the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The XIII. Armee-Korps had been assigned the task of protecting the flank of Gruppe von Kleist and its armored spearheads in the Ardennes. The 34. Infanterie-Division would dash the 45 kilometers across the Grand Duchy to reach their objectives just short of the French border. To slow any French intervention teh Germans decided to air land troops in front of their spearheads. For this task the 125-men strong Luftlandekommando Hedderich was formed from the ranks of Infanterie-Regiment80. At 0500 the firts flight of Fiesler Storch aircraft had landed at Aessen.

2020-03-22(A) Andy Beaton vs Richard Hooks German winSwitched sides, I got 5 squads up to the hedge line and two tanks beyond it, but lost 3 broken squads in the last german prep fire for the loss. Came closer to the French win but still didn't make it.
2018-09-10(D) Gordon Jupp vs Derek Cox German winCracking scenario!
2014-12-05(D) Michael Rodgers vs Dan Plachta French win
2014-11-02(D) Michael Rodgers vs Luc Dallaire German winInexperienced French player conceded after five turns. He hadn't been aggressive enough, especially with the armored cars.
2010-06-12(A) Mark McG vs David Wallace German winAn interesting reversal with the French combined arms attacking a German delaying force and then a blocking force.
